We have recently partnered with PonchoPay, and we will now only accept Childcare Voucher Payments (CCVP) and Tax-Free Childcare Payments through the PonchoPay protected payment portal.
It is essential that any payments made using Childcare Voucher Payments and Childcare Grant Payment Schemes are done via the PonchoPay portal. It is totally secure and easy to use, simply follow the steps through on our booking system.
Why is Kids Arts Academy using PonchoPay
Recently we have had to cover more costs in rent, utilities, ingredients, materials, and wages. We have also seen an increase in the use of CCVP (which is great!) but this has massively increased the amount of time it takes for us to administer the bookings. Using PonchoPay will allow us to track all the CCVP in one place and therefore prevent us from increasing costs due to admin.
Better availability for CCVP with PonchoPay
After May half term we will amend our booking system so that the PonchoPay portal will allow parents to make bookings and pay by CCVP up until the day before the activity takes place, as PonchoPay asks for the customers Debit Card details as back up for use ONLY if the child attends the booking and payment is not made by CCVP.
