After the horrendous attack in Southport I wanted to take a moment to reassure you about the safety and security measures we have in place at our Holiday Clubs.
At Kids Arts Academy, we prioritize the happiness and safety of all our children, and we understand the importance of providing a secure environment. We conduct thorough risk assessments of our facilities to ensure every possible precaution has been considered.
The doors on all 3 of the venues we use are secure, with systems so that they not accessible from the outside, with the exception of the door to the annexe at Ranmoor Parish Centre.
We have reviewed the use of the Annexe entrance and can assure you that this door will be kept locked during the teaching activities and we will use the fire exit onto the garden for access into and out of the building.
Furthermore, every adult working at our site has undergone a comprehensive DBS check as part of our commitment to safety. We strictly adhere to all Ofsted guidelines, and our staff is trained to implement security measures.
Rest assured, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment where your child can enjoy their time at our club without any worries.
