How to use the Online Booking System

To book a place at our after- school clubs or Ofsted registered Holiday Clubs click any of the ‘Book Online Now’ buttons on the website. You will then be required to register with us before proceeding to booking your child/ren’s place.

Availability for our holiday and after-school clubs is updated daily and when a class is fully booked the system with read ‘FULLY BOOKED’.

How to use the Online Booking System

Our online booking system will ask you to provide your contact details so that we can process your booking; it will then take you to our class timetables where you can select whichever classes you would like to book. Our booking system is updated daily so only available spaces are advertised for booking.

You can book as many full day or half day sessions of any of the activities or mix and match half day art and cooking or animation.

Once you have selected the classes you require and have confirmed by clicking the ‘Next’ button the system will give you the option to pay in order to confirm your booking. Once your payment has been received you will receive a booking confirmation by email specifying all the classes booked, amount paid along with directions to the venue and details of what you will need to bring.

Payment must be received within 24hours of booking, after which bookings will be released.

We accept payment in GBP by Childcare vouchers ( please click here for more info ) BACS, and Worldpay ( fee applies). Payment must be received within 24hours of booking, after which bookings may be released.

Please ensure that you reference your payment with the booking number provided. Any sessions booked, not paid for and not attended will still be charged for.

We are happy to take last minute bookings but please be aware that the daily registers are printed out by 6 pm the night before so if you book after that time for the following day please ensure you contact us by text or call 07967 653946 to let us know you are booking in late.

Cancellation/refund Policy

Cancellation by parent/carer

Cancellation of your booking must be emailed to

  • 100% refund if booking cancelled with 14 days’ notice
  • 75% refund if booking cancelled with 7 days’ notice
  • 50% refund if booking cancelled with 5 days’ notice

No other refunds will be provided.

Kids Arts Academy is entitled to cancel all bookings/registrations at any time up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the activities whereupon payments will be refunded in full.


Cancellation by Kids Arts Academy

In the event of cancellation, details of a local alternative childcare provider will be provided. Kids Arts Academy reserves the right to exclude any child who is disruptive.
