Learn to Draw a Dragon in its Lair
What we will be doing:
In this class we will be teaching children how to draw a dragon sleeping underground in it’s lair.
We will be working in pencil and sketching an outline, followed by outlining in colour and finally using some water based paints to add more colour.
What you will need:
- Paper
- Drawing pencil
- Eraser
- Pencil sharpener ( or a sharp pencil!)
- To colour:
- Water based paints, or felt tips or colouring pencils

What else you could do after this painting:
Would your dragon collect treasure? Some dragons were supposed to live in lairs that were lined with gold and jewels! Have a go at drawing some of the jewels and gold that your dragon might keep.
