A calm, creative celebration designed to feel special from start to finish.
Our hosted arty parties give children the chance to slow down, get creative, and make something they’re genuinely proud of — all in a warm, bright and welcoming creative space – Valentine Worksop – 1 minutes walk from Sharrowvale Road.
What to Expect
Each party is a fully hosted 2-hour experience, thoughtfully structured to keep children engaged, relaxed, and inspired.
Children will:
- Be guided step-by-step to paint their own themed canvas
- Decorate their own cupcakes to take home
- Enjoy food together in a calm, social setting
Every child leaves with artwork and creations they’ll be excited to show off.
Good to Know
- Designed for a calm, creative atmosphere (not a high-energy soft play environment)
- One parent/guardian stays (others are welcome to drop off)
- Birthday cake can be brought along

Each party includes a themed painting activity. Choose from:

All materials and guidance are provided — no experience needed.

Party Times & Pricing
We host one party per day, on Saturday and Sunday, to keep the experience relaxed and personal.
Saturdays & Sundays:
- 11:00 – 13:00
- 14:30 – 16:30
Pricing
£375 for up to 16 children
Optional extras:
- Party bags
- Additional themed touches (on request)
Policies & Practical Details
- Valentine workshop is also available for DIY Party Hire- £180 for 3 hours
- DIY party hire requires adult supervision at all times
- Fully hosted parties are led by Kids Arts Academy staff
- No smoking or alcohol permitted on the premises
- Please leave the space as you found it
- A £50 refundable deposit applies to all bookings
Also Available for Classes & Room Hire
Outside of children’s parties, our studios are also available to hire for small classes, workshops and wellbeing sessions, including yoga, pilates, art groups and community activities.
