Calling all Artists, Calling all Artists – Kids Arts Academy – Competition Time!
To coincide with the launch of our new magazine we are running a competition for children’s artwork to appear in our first ever issue.
We are looking for entries from children aged 4 to 14 around our current holiday club theme of Amazing Animals.
Our May half-term art activities include multi-coloured sea turtle paintings, pastel jungle scenes, stained-glass tissue animals and Where the Wild Things Are inspired animations as well as lots of new cooking club recipes. See our full list of activities online at May Half Term 2016
Using any materials you like, and your imagination, create your own amazing animals picture. Photograph or scan it and send, by email, to hannah@kidsartsacademy.co.uk by Thursday 12th May 2016.
As well as having your picture published in our magazine, the winner will receive a half-day session at Kids Arts Academy May-Half Term Holiday Club and a goodie bag and two runners up will each receive a goodie bag and have their pictures published.
We will publish 7 pictures in all so even if you don’t win a prize you may still get to see your art work published in our magazine, which we will be distributing to schools in the Sheffield area.
